Postal service is a kind of facility through which information in form of letters and documents is sent from one place to another by the different means of transport i.e, roads, railways, airways.
The technological development has no doubt adversely effected the postal facilities as the letters and documents which took three to four days to reach their destination could be now sent within few minutes through email.
But none the less still the importance of postal services cannot be ignored as still there are some areas which are deprived from the technical developments and the main source of communication is still post.
